Orders are coming in. Transfers are dropping. Yet you’re still struggling to explain where the money went.

Built for vendors who sell physical products
Fashion & accessoriesBeauty & cosmeticsOnline & in-store salesThe problem doesn’t always arrive as one big loss. Sometimes it hides in small transactions you never wrote down.
Until deposits, part payments and old balances get mixed up—and you have to search chats to reconstruct the story.
Packaging. Data. Transport. Ads. Small costs still come out of your business money, whether you record them or not.
A transfer can include money you need to replace stock. Without recorded costs, it’s easy to mistake sales for profit.
Guessing your stock can lead to avoidable restock mistakes. Opening counts, receipts and sales give you a clearer record.
You worked for those sales. Give the money the same attention.
Before calling it profit, account for what the products cost and what you spent running the business.
The tracker separates sales, receipts, unpaid balances and estimated operating profit. A busy day becomes a set of numbers you can actually review.
One connected workbook. Five practical tools. You enter your records; the linked formulas do the calculations.
Bring recorded sales, customer receipts, unpaid balances, product costs, expenses and estimated operating profit into one view. The dashboard covers all entries in your workbook.
Enter the item, quantity, selling price and historical unit cost. Sale values and costs calculate automatically. Use a separate Sale ID for each item row.
Log each payment against its original sale. When a customer pays the balance later, add the receipt without recording the sale twice.
Record operating expenses such as packaging, data, transport and ads. Those costs feed into the estimated operating profit calculation.
Record opening units and stock received. Matching sales reduce the recorded quantity, with a restock alert at the threshold you choose.
Open the fictional vendor records to see how sales, repayments, costs and stock fit together.
Save a working copy. Enter your opening stock and restock levels. Follow the Quick Start instructions.
Add sales, payments and expenses in the amber cells. Update stock received when you restock.
Review estimated profit, unpaid balances and restock alerts. Correct flagged entries before relying on the totals.
Give your business a record you can return to—after a sale, after a repayment and before your next restock.
Best suited to straightforward product sales. You’ll need to enter records consistently and use software that opens Excel workbooks.

You enter your records yourself. The tracker does not import bank transactions, send WhatsApp messages or automatically collect customer debts.
Yes. Record each receipt against the original Sale ID. The balance updates as repayments are added.
It helps you see estimated profit from the information you record. Your business results still depend on your pricing, costs, sales and decisions.
The files are supplied in Excel format. Mobile use and Google Sheets import have not yet been verified. For now, choose it if you can open and work with Excel files on a computer.
Each record sheet supports 500 rows. The dashboard summarises all entries rather than filtering a selected month. It does not calculate a full bank balance or taxes. Returns, refunds, damaged stock, owner withdrawals and opening debts need separate reconciliation.
After a successful Paystack payment, you return here for payment verification and downloads. Save your payment email and reference so you can restore access later using the Already paid link.
